Job Description
Tower Extrusions LLC is seeking an Automation and Controls Engineer to join their Olney, Texas facility. This role involves the development, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Control System Architectures, PLC programs, and HMI systems. Requirements
- Industry experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Engineering
- Proficiency with PLCs (A/B ControlLogix)
- Experience and knowledge of HMIs (FactoryTalk Machine Addition, Wonderware)
- Proficiency in PLC Programming including ladder logic, function block, and structured text
- Proficiency in Drive programming (Powerflex, ABB)
- Familiarity with networking (Ethernet/IP)
- Logic skills and the ability to problem solve
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Ability to design and build electrical systems and panels
- Good verbal and written communication skills
