Job Description
Tower Research Capital is seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader to join their team. Requirements
- A Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree
- Strategy that is currently and consistently profitable
- Experience leading a team and/or playing an integral role on a successful team
- Excellent Return on Capital (ROC)
- Experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund or bank
