Job Description
Tower Research Capital is seeking a Quantitative Trader / Researcher to develop and deploy algorithmic trading strategies. The role involves researching market patterns, creating analytical tools, and contributing to the development of the company's in-house trading system. The position is part of a business support team focused on building and maintaining the platform that powers the trading and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Designing, implementing and deploying trading algorithms
- Researching high to mid frequency alphas
- Creating tools to analyze data for patterns
- Developing, augmenting and calibrating exchange simulators
- Strong programming skills in Python or C++
- Solid data-mining and analysis skills
- Familiarity with signal generation and statistical models
