Job Description
Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking a Senior Options Quantitative Researcher. The firm offers a high-performance platform, independent trading teams, and a reputation for innovation. The role focuses on developing options pricing and risk models, researching volatility, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative research role focused on options pricing, volatility, and risk management
- Researching predictive volatility alphas over various time horizons
- Understanding of practical considerations in implementing and executing trading signals
- Expertise in numerical pricing for American options
- Ability to work with large multi-faceted datasets
- Passion and drive to take a leading role in a growing options business
- Relevant programming experience (Python & C++)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Anticipated New York annual base salary range $120,000-180,000, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus
