Job Description
Perform entry to intermediate skilled trades level work maintaining Town buildings, grounds, and park facilities, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Moderate experience in facility maintenance (for Facilities Maintenance Technician II)
- FEMA / IC 100 and 700 certifications (within 6 months of appointment)
- OSHA 10 certification (within 1 year of hire)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (within 1 year of hire)
