LIFEGUARD, Headguard I, Headguard II

This position ensures the safety of patrons in the aquatics area by maintaining constant surveillance, assisting with rescues and first aid, and performing cleaning duties. The role also involves customer service and provides support to the Aquatics Supervisor and team. It is dependent on employee meeting Level I, II, or III experience requirements and requires a commitment to the American Red Cross standards.

Requirements

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid certification
• CPR/AED Certification
• Waterpark Certification (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire)
• Polite verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
