Product Manager

We're hiring a Product Manager to help us deepen our understanding of the market and translate that understanding into better products. The role involves conducting customer discovery, building and maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and identifying unmet needs in the market.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or government/public sector software
• Exceptional customer empathy — you enjoy talking to users and know how to extract actionable insights
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; you can translate between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments where processes are still being built
• Familiarity with frameworks like The Mom Test, Jobs to Be Done, or Business Model Canvas
