We are looking for a disciplined, high-output outbound salesperson who can create opportunity through outbound activity, set qualified appointments, drive trial signups, and nurture engagement.
Requirements
- Perform high-volume outbound calling and structured email follow-up to municipal contacts
- Set qualified appointments as a core outbound function
- Generate trial signups as a primary outcome of outbound activity
- Guide new trials through onboarding steps and maintain activation momentum
- Re-engage inactive trials and drive clear next steps
- Support progression of larger or more complex opportunities through consistent follow-up
- Prospect and engage state associations and partnership opportunities to create scaled pipeline access
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline stages, tasks, and notes in Salesforce
- Track trial source, start date, engagement status, and next step to prevent stagnation
- Flag lead quality issues such as duplicates, incorrect contacts, or non-decision makers
- Coordinate with leadership and operations on lead distribution and process optimization
