Maintenance Manager - Apartments

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Manager to join our team at Towne Properties. As a Maintenance Manager, you will perform preventative maintenance tasks, conduct regular inspections, and supervise a team to ensure high-quality maintenance services.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• HVAC and Certified Pool Operator required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance
• Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to install and repair major systems such as water heaters, toilets, and HVAC units
