Requirements

• Originating Mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policy
• Providing service to applicants and prospective customers seeking home loan
• Completing application and gathering supporting documentation
• Maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business
• Communicating with customers, both internal and external, regarding the status of the loan
• Managing your pipeline of loans to verify accuracy of the current loan status
• Mentoring other Loan Officers
• Participating in TowneBank, TowneBank Mortgage, and area association events
• Attending Loan Officer Meetings
• Representing the bank with active participation in approved community outreach functions
