Requirements
- Originating Mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policy
- Providing service to applicants and prospective customers seeking home loan
- Maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business
- Quoting interest rates and securing pricing through the Secondary Marketing Department
- Communicating with customers, both internal and external, regarding the status of the loan
- Mentoring other Loan Officers
- Participating in TowneBank, TowneBank Mortgage, and area association events
- Providing ongoing training for the real estate agents
- Representing the bank with active participation in approved community outreach functions
