Director of Sales

Director of Sales leadership opportunity to drive revenue and lead a team to make Townsquare the best-in-class media company in the local market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management and/or marketing experience in digital and broadcast media
• Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions with a proven track record of successfully selling digital products
• Radio sales experience is a plus
• Previous experience setting and enforcing sales metrics and accountability standards
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create engaging presentations and persuasive proposals
