Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management and/or marketing experience in digital and broadcast media
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions with a proven track record of successfully selling digital products
- Radio sales experience is a plus
- Previous experience setting and enforcing sales metrics and accountability standards
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create engaging presentations and persuasive proposals
