Job Description
Regional Market Engineering Manager role involves overseeing broadcast radio facility operations, exercising independent judgment on technical matters, and ensuring FCC compliance and broadcast continuity. The role requires travel, after-hours and weekend work, and on-call availability. Requirements
- Independent judgment to assess and resolve technical failures affecting station broadcast continuity
- Ability to exercise independent technical judgment in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, networking concepts, computer hardware, and wireless/handheld devices
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
