Job Description
The Vehicle Finance Performance Manager will manage the Finance Performance across a designated number of dealer partners based in the Manchester and surrounding areas, building value with partners and improving Finance and Retention performance.
Requirements
- Understanding of the strategic importance of Finance within the vehicle sales process
- Development of training and coaching skills
- Practical experience in business planning
- In depth knowledge of Trade Cycle Management
