Toyota Mobility Solutions is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Business Support Department in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role involves recruitment, training administration, payroll, HR data base management, and various administrative functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
- Related experience in human resources and administrative functions
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
- Good planning, documentation, and organizing skills
- Strong customer orientation, and interpersonal skills
