Job Description
We are looking for a Service Field Engineer to support service operations for Toyota Group related companies and distributor partners in the Caribbean and Latin America. The role involves supporting distributor service operations, resolving service-related inquiries, and coordinating service meetings and training activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred within an Engineering field or business-related field.
- Plus 3–6 years of experience within an automotive industry.
- Experience supporting automotive service operations or distributor networks
- Working knowledge of service reporting systems and operational metrics
- Ability to analyze service data and prepare operational reports
- Experience supporting technical training, meetings, or service initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the Caribbean and Latin America as required
