
Job description
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for architecting, managing, and optimizing complex automated email flows using Klaviyo and Shopify. They will work closely with the visual designer, copywriter, and performance marketing teams to optimize on-site lead generation and customer journey.
The main responsibilities include managing and optimizing email flows, developing targeted customer segments, planning and executing promotional newsletters, and monitoring deliverability. The role also involves A/B testing and optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a dedicated DTC role, with a proven track record of scaling direct sales. They will have a deep understanding of the digital retail ecosystem, including Shopify operations, CRM tools, and email marketing tools.
