Job Description
The Store Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations, employee scheduling, inventory, and closing duties of the store. Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, scheduling employees, and providing superb customer service.
Requirements
- High School Degree or GED
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of working in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen
