Director of Medical-Surgical RN

Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the unit in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability.

Requirements

• at least 2-3 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Manager level experience
• Open to any adult inpatient experience from an acute hospital setting
• Bachelors Degree REQUIRED
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse, or Advance Nurse Practitioner
