Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or business development experience (agency, in-house or freelance)
• Demonstrated track record of closing searches or sales, with examples of revenue generated
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
