Job Description
As a Customer On-Site, you will serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team, providing dedicated operational oversight and building strong relationships in a fast-paced warehouse / manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
