Job Description
Traba is building the autonomous future of industrial staffing with AI. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to build Neo, our AI agent platform for light industrial businesses.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Evidence of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes
- Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
- Strong technical abilities with the ability to work deeply with engineering and ML teams
