The AI Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful adoption and day-to-day use of AI tools across the organization, providing user onboarding, Tier 1 support, training coordination, and knowledge management to help employees effectively utilize AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accredited university (or equivalent experience) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, user enablement, training coordination, or similar role.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Experience delivering user training or onboarding sessions.
- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to create clear user documentation and training materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common user issues independently.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
