Trace3 is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead services sales for assigned accounts, drive client outcomes, and grow Trace3 services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in consultative selling and account development, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise project or client management.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years of enterprise, full-lifecycle project or client management
- Demonstrated success leading specialty services sales: prospecting, solution shaping, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in front of clients, solves complex problems, and comfortably drives difficult commercial conversations
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments and the operational realities that drive services demand
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
