Requirements

• Architect and design complex, large-scale systems and features
• Take end-to-end ownership of major projects from requirement gathering to deployment
• Mentor and coach SDE-1 and SDE-2 team members
• Maintain and enforce high standards for code quality and technical excellence
• Contribute to defining the engineering technical roadmap
• Handle challenging technical problems and escalations
• Design robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions
• Lead R&D efforts for new ideas, frameworks, and approaches
