Team Lead for Broadcast Application

Trackman is looking for a Team Lead for Broadcast Application. The successful candidate will lead a team of 8-12 application developers and work closely with experts in mobile, web frontend, backend, and cloud technologies to build advanced systems for television broadcast applications. The role requires a technically strong and people-focused leader with experience in software engineering and agile teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineers
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering of complex systems preferably with Microsoft.NET and C#
• A leadership style that focuses on helping people grow and work well together
• Experience working in agile teams and delivering products and features through their entire lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and roles
