Technical QA Manager – Unity Applications

Trackman is looking for a Technical QA Manager to drive the quality vision for their Unity Applications, leading a team of QA engineers and fostering technical growth and ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA ideally within the gaming industry (Unity/Unreal)
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Strong background in system-level testing (hardware/software integration is a plus)
• Experience in test automation (unity applications) and CI/CD integration
• Ability to analyze/debug production environments and troubleshooting issues
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
