Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a specialty retail farm and ranch store. The Assistant Store Manager serves as the second in charge of operations to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment

- Proficient in all Team Leader and Receiver functions
