Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a specialty retail farm and ranch store, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience and providing leadership and direction to the store team.
Requirements
- Previous retail leadership experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
