Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a specialty retail farm and ranch store. They serve as the second in charge of operations to the Store Manager and are responsible for promoting a safe and productive work environment for all Team Members, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift or reach merchandise overhead
• Ability to safely access all areas of the store including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area
