Bilingual Team Member

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking Bilingual Team Members to provide excellent customer service and support sales initiatives. The role involves interacting with customers, operating POS systems, and performing tasks such as merchandising, cleaning, and restocking shelves. Requirements

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise.
• Participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures.
• Operate forklift (unless under 18).
• Operate Cardboard Baler (unless under 18).
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds and maintain poultry holding tanks.
• Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts and overtime.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
