Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking bilingual Team Members to provide excellent customer service and support selling initiatives. The role involves greeting customers, uncovering their needs, recommending products, and maintaining the store in a safe and productive environment. Team Members will perform assigned tasks with a focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures
- Recover merchandise
- Participate in mandatory freight process
- Complete Plan-o-gram procedures
- Assemble merchandise
- Perform janitorial duties
- Execute price changes/markdowns
- Operate Forklift (age 18+)
- Operate Cardboard Baler (age 18+)
- Assist customers with loading purchases
- Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience
- Ensure the safety and well-being of birds
