Bilingual Team Member

Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking Bilingual Team Members to provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales initiatives. The role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, performing cleaning duties, assisting customers, and upholding Company safety standards. Team Members contribute to a positive and safe environment for both customers and employees.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Working in a favorable, indoor environment (moderate noise) and varying shift schedules.
