Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to fulfill variable tasks in a single store. The role involves planogram management, signage execution, price adjustments, inventory maintenance, and customer service. Team Members will work independently and collaboratively to deliver a positive customer experience. This position emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to Legendary Customer Service.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
