Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking Energetic Field Activity Support Team Members to join their growing team. The role involves managing and executing tasks within assigned stores, such as planning, assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Team Members will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
