Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for planningograms, supporting other tasks like merchandise assembly and fixture maintenance, and providing excellent customer service at Tractor Supply. This role involves travel and variable schedules, with a focus on creating a Legendary Customer Experience. The position is a key part of the team's success and offers opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
