Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for executing various tasks within stores, including planograms, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive work environment. The company values its Team Members and provides a comprehensive total reward package.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
- Perform store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
