Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for managing and executing variable tasks within store, including planograms, merchandise, and fixture assembly. They provide excellent customer service, while maintaining store standards. The FAST Team Member is expected to be flexible, adaptable, and consistently deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
