Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to operate "Start to Finish" tasks, including planningograms, signage, price changes, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role contributes to the success of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) and requires flexibility to fulfill varying demands.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform all required training.
