Job Description
The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for performing various tasks within the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), including creating and maintaining planograms, signage, and pricing. They interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Service and uphold company safety standards. The role requires a service-oriented and adaptable individual comfortable with a variable schedule.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Communicate proactively with supervisors and resolve issues effectively
- Complete planograms and resets accurately
- Maintain visual merchandise standards
- Perform store-specific measurements
- Complete store layout initiatives
- Perform detailed count of inventory and cycle counts
- Provide peak coverage as needed
- Ability to read, write and count accurately
