Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to handle tasks such as merchandising, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance in stores. This role requires service and customer focus, and includes traveling between store locations to provide support.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors.
• Complete planograms and reset merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts.
• Perform detailed recovery and review of planogram integrity.
• Deliver on a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Travel between store locations.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Operate store equipment.
• Ability to operate and use store equipment.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds.
