Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to own and execute tasks such as planograms, assist with merchandise assembly, and maintain signage in assigned retail stores. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service, and the ability to perform a variety of duties efficiently and safely. The FAST Team Member is responsible for daily tasks, flexible hours, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred
