Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to own and execute tasks such as planograms, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance in a fast-paced environment. The role involves customer interaction, leveraging GURA (Legendary Customer Service) to provide an exceptional shopping experience. The FAST Team Member will travel between store locations and be responsible for accurate inventory and merchandise standards.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
