Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member is responsible for providing support to merchandising and fixture assembly, maintaining signage, and assisting customers within a designated district. They will be responsible for maintaining a great customer experience. Tractor Supply and Petsense is committed to making their team’s lives a little bit better.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
