Job Description
This Merchandising Sales Associate role within the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) focuses on executing tasks such as planograms, merchandise assembly, and fixture maintenance. Team Members are expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment, upholding company safety standards and striving for a Legendary Customer Experience through GURA principles. This is a hands-on role demanding availability and flexibility.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper equipment.
- Ability to operate store equipment and follow safety guidelines.
