Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team Member (FAST) is responsible for supporting variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The position requires being flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
