Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to work in the field, executing variable tasks like planograms and signage. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences. The position involves maintaining visual merchandise standards, performing inventory counts, and ensuring store layout initiatives are completed accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and reset accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Hang store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: GURA: Greeting the Customer, Uncovering Customer's Needs & Wants, Recommending Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer, Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition, Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
