Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to travel to stores, execute variable tasks such as planograms and customer support, and maintain store operations. The role involves providing a Legendary Customer Experience and contributing to a safe and productive work environment. This is a full-time position within the FAST Team.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor
- Accurately complete planograms and resets
- Perform store-specific measurements
- Complete store layout initiatives
- Perform accurate cycle counts
- Hang store signage
- Assemble merchandise
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity
- Deliver on Company's promise of Legendary Customer Service
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
