Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to own and execute variable tasks like merchandising, signage, and inventory management in a single store. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The team works as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) and ensures a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minor lifting and bending.
